Coaching sessions typically last for one hour however there may be occasions when this is shorter (when both parties agree that the session has naturally reached an end and/or where a coachee arrives late for the start of booked session time) or longer (should Tabitha be running late the session time will be extended to match the time lost).
How, when and where the coaching session will be take place will be agreed between yourself and Tabitha.
Where the meeting has been scheduled to take place outdoors both parties will need to ‘check in’ with one another 24 hours in advance about the need to reschedule the date/time or venue in light of the weather forecast. It is expected that both parties will dress appropriately for outdoor sessions including good footwear and warm waterproof clothing where necessary.
For online sessions it is expected that both parties will have use of devices that include a working camera and microphone, have access to networks that allow you to connect and have use of a space where we can talk uninterrupted without being overheard to ensure that confidentiality is maintained. It is expected that both parties will check the working order of their equipment and connections in advance of the session. Where a technical issue unexpectedly impedes the session midway, the remainder of the session can be conducted over the phone.
For sessions in public spaces (including cafes and ‘walk and talk’ sessions conducted via phone) the locations will be chosen carefully to ensure confidentiality however if at any time the environment does not feel comfortable and alternative will be sought.
All sessions need to be paid for in advance. On payment the date and time of the session can be booked with Tabitha via email. Where you are no longer able to make an appointment it is expected that Tabitha is notified a minimum of 48 hours in advance when another suitable date/time can be agreed. Refunds are not possible for cancelled, unattended appointments or those rescheduled within less than 48 hours.
In the unlikely situation where Tabitha is no longer able to honour an appointment another suitable date and time will be negotiated.
Should either party be ‘running late’ a text and/or email should be sent to the other party.
Termination
An opportunity to review the need for further sessions will be offered at the end of each session. No further sessions will be booked unless both parties are in agreement that they need to continue.
When the relationship ends Tabitha will ask for feedback to assist her developing herself and her service. There is no obligation to provide this.
Cancellations
Where you are no longer able to make an appointment it is expected that Tabitha is notified a minimum of 48 hours in advance when another suitable date/time can be agreed.
Payments
All sessions need to be paid for in advance. On payment the date and time of the session can be booked with Tabitha via email.
Payments are made via a third party provider (Stripe). Your payment will be detailed on you bank statement as TabithaLewisCoaching.
Discounts
The 10% reduction for public sector employees will require a work email address as evidence of employment.
Refunds
Refunds are not possible for cancelled, unattended appointments or those rescheduled within less than 48 hours.
