The steps to activate change in your life;
Your journey starts with a non-committal 30-minute conversation. This session allows us to clarify your current situation, aspirations, and challenges, and gives you a taste of coaching as an approach. It is your opportunity to ask questions, express your expectations, and explore the chemistry between us. Part of this meeting will be to determine if coaching is the best fit for the issues that you are experiencing and whether another approach such as counselling or mentoring is more suitable.
Drawing from our discussion, a tailored coaching agreement is drafted that details our commitment to one another. This plan will be flexible and adaptable, reflecting changes in your journey and ensuring we remain focused on your goals.
Whether you prefer face-to-face meetings*, invigorating coaching walks, or virtual meetings, we will engage in regular sessions, usually of 1 hour in duration. During these sessions we will clarify your goals, explore your current situation, challenge your current perspectives on what might be holding you back and identify ways forward. You will develop greater understanding of your unique perception of the world, identify counterproductive beliefs and behaviours, as a catalyst for change.
*Face-to-face meetings will be held in or near the London borough of Lewisham. Please discuss with Tabitha before booking.
At the end of each session, we will review your journey and how you are progressing towards your goals and determine if/when we will meet again. Note that coaching is typically a short term intervention and time is required between sessions to practice and test the strategies you have identified.
In between sessions you will experiment with taking actions towards your desired goals using a safe ‘test and learn’ approach. You will reflect on your experiences and prepare for your next coaching sessions by identifying what you would like to achieve.
At the end of our coaching relationship we will celebrate your growth, and plan the next steps for your continued self-development.
